Operation of sensor directly from PC via USB interface
The sensors of the R&S NRP-Z series can be used as standalone measuring instruments even without the basic unit. In addition to the power sensor itself, they also include a CPU that controls the sensor, processes the measurement results and operates the interface. All measurement data and settings are transmitted via a digital USB interface.
